Lohan's new movie, puppies and fun facts

Lohan's new movie is coming out in July, entitled "I Know Who Killed Me" and I thought I'd post the trailer. The movie requires Lindsay to yet again play two different characters- Aubrey Fleming and Dakota Moss. The plot seems kind of weird, it's definitely not a two-role film like The Parent Trap where she plays identical twins or Freaky Friday where she is the teenager and then the mom in the teenager's body. Apparently one of her characters is a stripper in the film which is definitely a long cry away from her Disney days. I'm going to see this movie though just to see what the hell is going on with those dangling legs Lohan is walking through. And when Lohan exclaims:
"I know who killed me"
it just makes me want to see the movie to find out who it is!

I want a puppy!

Viv and I went to Pet Paradise today and took a look at some of the pups they had there in the store. The prices were much more reasonable than the ones at the pet store in Novi. I want a puppy so badly! They had puggles (bottom picture) there that are just too cute. Of course they also had Bichon Maltese and Bichon poodles that are adorable (top photo is a bichon maltese).

Moving on, I just want everyone to know this so here are the Facts of the Day.

The logo for FedEx contains a hidden arrow in it. I learned this while stumbling upon a facebook group sometime ago 2nd semester but in case I haven't pointed it out to all, here you go! It lies between the E and the x and it's amazing!

Another fun fact I researched on Wikipedia is where the name Verizon came from. I original suspected it was some sort of blend of the words "vertical" and "horizon" which would make sense considering a horizon is basically the "x-axis" of the world and the vertical aspect would be the "y-axis" which would convey a meaning that a verizon is "everywhere" and spans all lengths and time. However, I was only partially right. The word Verizon really comes from the Latin word "Veritas"which means "truth" and then the word horizon. Too bad though because the band Vertical Horizon totally could have written a song for them or something, oh well..

Hope you enjoyed those fun facts!

*Hopefully I get a digital camera soon so I can post some pictures of the world as I see it along with some thought-provoking comments. Peace Up, A-Ken down!*
